Play Therapy

Play Therapy gives children a way to express, process, and heal from big emotions — all through the natural language of play. Using toys, storytelling, and creativity, children find a safe space to work through anxiety, trauma, loss, behavioral struggles, and more — even when words are hard to find.

Why Choose Play Therapy?

Children don’t sit down and talk through their problems the way adults do — they play through them. Play Therapy meets children right where they are developmentally, allowing them to work through emotional struggles in a way that feels safe, natural, and empowering. With my extensive training and over 20 years of experience, I help children move toward healing and emotional regulation through proven play therapy techniques.

Benefits of Play Therapy

Emotional Expression

Play therapy gives children a safe outlet to express complex emotions they may not yet have words for.

Improved Communication

Children learn to identify and share feelings in healthier ways, improving both home and school relationships.

Behavioral Regulation

Through the safety of play, children build coping skills, manage stress, and develop stronger emotional resilience.
